The dbmTM process is not a re-invention of the wheel but a refined process of tried and tested concepts applied in a systematic and coherent manner through the dbm learning process.
dbmTM is an indegenous Zambia innovation that responsively addresses a national as well as global need for growth. In responding to this need a series of market research and surveys were carried out to identify the root cause of poor productivity and non-sustainable growth.
The background of the tool is the need for added value to life through the social science of marketing. Marketing, and advertising in particular has been commonly know to be manipulative to the publics. In the advent of post modern marketing along side the development of a breed of marketing ingenuity, the need to change the perception that people have of marketers has resulted in the quest to add true value to life and the environment using a combination of marketing and social skill.
The team behind the development of this product has worked tirelessly to produce a user friendly, effective, and flexibe tool that can be adapted for use at almost every socio-economic level in life. The current version of dbmTM is the first of many revised and improved versionsto come, awaiting further response from the user market. As a trial product, users are free to sample the tool and generate it's benefits and at the same time give feedback for a better and improved version of the tool which is currently being developed and will at a later stage be released in the form of a software producttivity tool.
